Terms and Conditions

1. **Service Description:**

This service provides transportation between Prague and Munich (and vice versa) during Oktoberfest. The vehicle accommodates up to 8 passengers.

2. **Booking:**

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 100 USD is required to secure your reservation.

3. **Right of Withdrawal:**

Clients have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. However, this right is valid only if the cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the service. To exercise this right, please contact us through the provided channels.

4. **Payment Methods:**

Payment can be made by credit card (deposit) or in cash (preferred for the rest of the payment).

5. **Liability:**

The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events. Due to high demand, you may be served by a different vehicle of the same class.

6. **Complaints Procedure**

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us directly through the provided channels. We will address your complaint within 30 days as required by Czech law.
